HER2, EGFR, HER3, and IGF-1R dimerized with the HER2 receptor induce activation of PI3K/AKT and MAPK/MEK signalling pathways and receive signals to regulate the downstream cascade that promotes the active transcription of genes involved in proliferation, angiogenesis, cell survival, and metastasis.
The ELISpot Assay is a versatile and highly sensitive method for ex-vivo analysis of protein secretion post cell stimulation. Virtue of its high sensitivity (1 cell in 100,000) the ELISpot assay enables frequency analysis of activated cell populations or antigen-specific cell responses at the single cell level and therefore can measure the magnitude of specific T-cell immunity.
Silensomes™ are validated human pooled liver microsomes (HLMs) chemically and irreversibly inactivated for one specific CYP450 using mechanism based inhibitors (MBI).
Biopredics HSCs have cell quality post-thawing, specific marker expression post-thawing/plating and are quiescent 6 days after culture in a reversion medium.
Nordic-MUbio is pleased to announce the release of one of the original antibodies (MUB2058) developed for the identification and characterisation of Thy-1 (CD90) in rats, used in some of the highly cited work of Barclay et al.
ABT offers a wide range of non-activated agarose resins for Size Exclusion and activation procedures, as well as activated agarose beads for Affinity Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, and Pre-activated resins for coupling of affinity ligands (immobilisation).

Integration is the solution to deciphering the complexity of biology. The core of Abnovas integration is the generation and availability of antibodies and proteins targeting the human genome. These invaluable bio-tools are combined and utilised in a comprehensive repertoire of qualitative, quantitative, multiplexing, high throughput, and profiling applications to address the needs of research and discovery. Abnova has successfully developed and implemented these integrated solutions for the research community and industry.
AllCells GMP-compliant cryopreserved leukopak products offer the quality and consistency of fresh leukapheresis material with the benefit of extended shelf life and stability for reliable and flexible access to starting material for downstream cell and gene therapy manufacturing, no matter your timeline.
Peripheral blood is collected from IRB-consented donors using the continuous flow Spectra Optia® Apheresis System directly into ACD-A anticoagulant at AllCells FDA-registered, IRB-approved collection facilities. Fresh leukapheresis material is immediately processed in adjacent processing facilities. The leukopaks are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 using conduction-cooled controlled rate freezers. All cryopreservation steps occur within class ISO 7 cleanroom with grade A and B zones according to Master Batch Record. GMP-Compliant Cryopreserved Leukopak are quality controlled for pre-cryopreservation cell count and viability using a validated AO/PI protocol and meet the strict quality standards as defined by the FDA (21 CFR 1271) and AABB.
T cells are the main effector cells of the adaptive immune system. They can be distinguished from other white blood cells by the presence of a T-cell receptor (TCR) on their cell surface. Differentiated from bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells, T cells migrate to the thymus gland where they mature into CD4 and CD8 T cells. Further differentiation occurs in the periphery of CD4 and CD8 T cells into several distinct subtypes, each with distinct roles during the formation of an immune response. These lymphocytes are of great interest for a wide range of research and translational medicine applications.
