ELISA: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay
ELISA is a quantitative assay that can be used to characterize expression levels of soluble proteins. This assay features a high throughput, scalable, easily-read platform. Due to its flexibility, ELISA can be applied to numerous targets depending on your specific requirements.

Enzyme-linked immunospot assay, or ELISpot, is a colorimetric assay which enables quantitative, single cell analysis of protein expression levels. Due to its high sensitivity and reproducibility, the ELISpot is an industry standard in antigenic response in the form of cytokine secretion.
Labelling of T cells with the fluorescent dye 5,6-carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester (CFSE) allows for quantitative phenotyping of T cell division in response to antigen or other stimuli by flow cytometric methods. T cell proliferation assays are essential for peptide epitope mapping of na´ve T cells and for characterizing full protein immunogenicity in DC-T cell assays.
