KACTUS’ team has performed extensive binding affinity and activity verification of their CD19 protein products including FACS detection of anti-CD19 CAR cells as well as ELISA and SPR verification using anti-CD19 antibodies. Their CD19 products also undergo purity and identity testing using HPLC and Bis-Tris page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Figure 1.\u00a0FITC-Compatible Human CD19<\/a>\u00a0(100 \u00b5L, 10 \u00b5g\/mL) was used to detect the positive rate of 1\u00d710\u2076 anti-CD19 CAR cells. FITC-labeled irrelevant protein (100 \u00b5L, 10 \u00b5g\/mL) and non-transfected 293T cells were used as negative controls.
