When overexpressed eNAMPT increases NAD+ levels in multiple tissues, enhances their function and extends lifespan of mice. The majority of eNAMPT found in serum\/plasma circulates in extracellular vesicles (EVs) and it is a necessity for eNAMPT to be in EVs to act on target cells. Detection of eNAMPT in this study is performed by western blotting using Adipogen Life Sciences\u2019 monoclonal antibody anti-Nampt (Visfatin\/PBEF), mAb (OMNI379) (Prod.
