No. AG-40B-6003<\/a>) is a full-length soluble SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein (aa 16-1213) including a foldon trimerisation motif, mutated Furin recognition site (R682S, R685S) and two stabilising mutations (K986P and V987P). This protein has a His-tag fused to its C-terminus. This protein binds to the human SARS-CoV-2 receptor ACE2 and it binds to anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike antibodies in serum or plasma. It is useful for structural biology research, vaccine development, serological diagnostic kit development and neutralising antibody screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No. AG-40B-0195<\/a>) are coated at 50nM overnight at 4\u00b0C. ACE2 (human) (rec.) (Prod. No. AG-40B-0192<\/a>) is added (starting at a concentration of 8000 ng\/ml with a twofold serial dilution) during one hour at RT and the interaction is then detected using an anti-Flag (HRP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
