These convenient kits come with all the necessary components for successful detection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ab-Match series has the capability to detect various cancer antigens as indicated in the figure and other&nbsp;significant biomarkers. For example, the REG3\u03b1 PAP1 ELISA kit detects REG3\u03b1. In SOS and GVHD patients, plasma levels of <strong>REG3\u03b1<\/strong>, and other biomarkers on day 14 were significantly higher indicating&nbsp;an effective biomarker for these diseases (1).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each assembly kit includes a capture antibody, assay standard, biotinylated detection antibody, and either streptavidin-HRP or HRP-labeled detection antibody. Moreover, our universal kit provides an ELISA plate, capture antibody immobilisation buffer, blocking buffer, sample dilution buffer, wash buffer (conc.), streptavidin-HRP dilution buffer, enzyme substrate, and stop solution.
