Background:
Zinc Finger Protein 70 (ZNF70) is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZFN70 is localized to the cell nucleus and contains eleven C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZFN70 has sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity, and it may be involved in transcriptional regulation. In addition, ZFN70 has the DNA-binding and metal-binding activity, which can bind zinc ion.
Buffer:
Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, pH 7.2. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
