<b> Immunofluorescence staining of HeLa cells with anti-PRDX4 (SAIC-40A-24 </b> Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permewith 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version of SAIC-40A-24 (24-336) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution)- showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom 24-336- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

<b> Western Blot using anti-PRDX4 antibody SAIC-40A-24 ( </b> Human liver(A) and human pancreas(B) tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of SAIC-40A-24 (24-336) at 0.001 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
