The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the MDR1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity. 1. Boiling the sections in 10mM Citrate buffer, pH6, is a REQUIRED pretreatment.
Description:
Multidrug resistance 1, also called P-Glycoprotein, is a member of the ATP-binding cassette transporters family. MDR1 is involved in the transport of protease inhibitors in vitro and mediates the transport of the cardiac glycoside, digoxin.
