Fluoppi (Fluorescent based technology detecting Protein-Protein Interaction) is a novel technology used to detect PPI in living cells with a high signal to noise ratio. The result is a bright, clear analyzable image. Fluoppi detects PPI as the absence or presence of fluorescent foci during inhibition or induction, respectfully. The Fluoppi advantage is the ease of the construction of the PPI detection system. There is no need for optimizing the linker.

T-Cell Receptors recognize and bind to complexes composed of MHC molecules and specific peptides expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells. Biotinylation of MHC/peptide complexes followed by tetramerization with fluorochrome conjugated streptavidin increases their binding affinity. Therefore MHC tetramers bind stably to cognate T-cell receptors and consequently can be used as detection tools. Phycoerythrin (PE), allophycocyanin (APC), or Brilliant Violetâ„¢ 421 (BV421) fluorochromes are available for detection of antigen-specific T cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy using our MHC Multimers.

Human Articular Chondrocytes (HC-a) are mature cells responsible for elaborating and maintaining cartilage matrices in vivo. These cells can be difficult to isolate and expand, but have huge potential in translational research. CELLvoâ„¢ Chondrocytes are isolated from cadaveric articular cartilage of otherwise healthy donors in xeno-free conditions. When grown on the CELLvoâ„¢ Matrix, CELLvoâ„¢ HCs behave more naturally, allowing researchers greater control of their study.
