Kit Components:
The PassagePack contains three tubes and each tube contains 30mL of either HEPES Buffered Saline Solution (HBSS), Trypsin/EDTA (0.04%/0.03%) (T/E) solution or Trypsin Neutralisation Solution (TNS). HBSS contains 30 mM HEPES, TNS contains 0.05% Trypsin Inhibitor from soybean and 0.1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA).
