CD8+ Cytotoxic T cells are negatively selected from peripheral blood leukapheresis using immunomagnetic microbeads targeting non-cytotoxic T cells. CD8+ Cytotoxic T cells are shipped in a 2mL cryovial. Purity is determined prior to cryopreservation and is > 85%. Viability is > 80% post-thaw.
