KIF18A-IN-4 is a moderately potent non-competitive KIF18A inhibitor of ATP and microtubule with an IC50 of 6.16 uM. KIF18A-IN-4 selectively acts on a large number of mitotic kinesins and kinases, with no direct effect on microtubule protein assembly. KIF18A-IN-4 shows anti-tumour effects.
