TH-6 is a potent inhibitor of HDAC, acting on HDAC1 (IC50: 0.115 uM), HDAC2 (IC50: 0.135 uM), HDAC3 (IC50: 0.242 uM), HDAC6 (IC50: 0.138 uM), HDAC8 (IC50: 2.120 uM). TH-6 inhibits cell migration and invasion and exhibits anti-tumour effects.
