AChE-IN-22 (compound 10q) is a selective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) that acts on both AChE (IC50: 0.88 uM) and BuChE (IC50: 10 uM). AChE-IN-22 binds to both the CAS (catalytic active site) and PAS (peripheral anionic site) sites of AChE and can be used to study Alzheimer's disease.
