IMP2-IN-1 (compound 4) is an effective IMP2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 81.3-127.5 uM for IMP2 RNA . IMP2-IN-1 decreased the level of IMP2 in SW480 cells. IMP2-IN-1 significantly inhibited the activity of differentiated and undifferentiated Huh7 cells.
