Tubulysin F is a natural product isolated from the myxobacterial species Archangium geophyra and Angiococcus disciformis, and is a highly cytotoxic peptide. Tubulysin F is a cytotoxic activity tubulysin that inhibits tubulin polymerization and leads to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
