Its highest potency is against HDAC1 with an IC50 of 0.11nM. It has only modest potency against HDACs 2, 4, 10, and 11 (IC50 ranging from 0.33nM to 0.64nM). It has low activity against HDACs 3, 5, 8, and 9 and its lowest potency is against HDACs 6 and 7.
