We have 10 years of experience in cell culture through our previous manufacturing division CellWorks, and through contract work with pharmaceutical clients. What you will get from CellsDivision:

- Verified population doubling potential: all products will achieve between 10 -15 PDs depending on cell type.
- Tested products to ensure you will see a normal growth curve: cells are cryopreserved at an early growth stage, to reduce the lag phase post-thaw.
- All batches are mycoplasma tested by an external certified lab

Products: Primary Human Cells
All CellsDivision cells are provided at 500,000 cells per vial, at low passages. Each batch of cells will come with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and a product information sheet including thawing, seeding, and sub-culturing protocols.
Endothelial Cells
Our focus so far has been to develop a range of endothelial cells, which form a layer in all membranes between blood, lymphatic vessels and surrounding tissue. This interface is essential for control of the flow of substances and fluid into and out of a tissue, blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), and immunology. Endothelial cells are a useful cell model for studying many vascular diseases and cancers.

Fibroblasts
Fibroblasts contribute to the formation of connective tissue, creating the extracellular matrix (ECM) and collagen. They are essential in wound healing and have roles in inflammation, and tumour mediation. In cellular assays, they are often used as supporting cells, or a "feeder layer".

Media
Cells do not like sudden change. If a cell has been grown in a particular media, it takes time to re-condition a cell to a new media which can impact the time taken to grow your cells.
We carefully select and recommend specific media for each cell type, to ensure you get the most out of our cells. Please refer to the CoAs for information on the recommended media for each specific lot.
CellsDivision provides media packages containing 500ml basal media and growth supplements.
