Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (10 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with CD31 (PECAM-1), a 130-140 KDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, platelets, granulocytes, endothelial cells and stem cells of the myeloid lineage.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide)
