Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native ICAM1.
Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (20 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with CD54 (ICAM-1), a 85-110 KDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein (receptor for rhinovirus) expressed on activated endothelial cells, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells; the expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide)
