Product Description:
Goat polyclonal antibody raised against partial recombinant human immunodeficiency virus type 1 gp41.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Amino acids 546-682 sequence from strain HxB2. Reactive with gp41 in Western blot immunoassay. Antiserum does not cross-react with human T or B cells. Antiserum has not been adsorbed to remove anti-beta-galactosidase activity.
Storage Buffer:
In 10 mM PBS, pH 7.2 (0.09% sodium azide)
