Product Description:
Goat anti-monkey IgG recognizes monkey IgG gamma heavy chain. This secondary antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Monkey IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. The antibody is conjugated with Peroxidase.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (1:1000-1:85000)
Immunohistochemistry (1:500-1:2500)
Western Blot (1:1000-1:5000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, monkey IgG and monkey serum. No reaction was observed against Monkey IgA or Monkey IgM.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 (10 mg/mL BSA, 0.01% gentamicin sulfate).
