Application Note:
ANP32E antibody can be used for detection of ANP32E by ELISA at 1:62500. ANP32E antibody can be used for detection of ANP32E by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ANP32E inhibits activity of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). It does not inhibit protein phosphatase 1. It may play a role in cerebellar development and synaptogenesis process by modulating PP2A activity.
