Product Description:
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against human papilloma virus 16 (HPV-16).
Recommend Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence (0.5-1 ug/mL)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) (0.5-1 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Reacts with a protein of 57kDa which identified as the L1 protein of HPV-16. It is the major capsid protein of HPV-16. The antibody reacts with HPV-16, 33 and 37.
Storage Buffer:
In 10 mM PBS (0.05% BSA and 0.05% azide).
