ViroMag Transduction Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticle formulation dedicated to increasing virus infection and transduction capacities; it is suitable for all viruses. Viro-MICST™ Transduction Reagent allows genetically modifying cells directly on magnetic cell purification columns. Based on the i-MICST™ Technology (Integrated Magnetic Immuno-Cell Sorting and Transfection/Transduction), this technology combines cell isolation and genetic modification in one simple and reliable integrated system. For efficient and selective gene delivery to target cells, Viro-MICST™ can be used in combination with any viral vector and allows you to reduce cell manipulation steps and save time and material.

ViroMag RL

ViroMag R/L Transduction Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticle formulation optimised for Retroviruses and Lentiviruses. Based on the Magnetofection™ technology, this reagent allows concentrating the complete applied dose of Retro/Lentiviral particles onto cells within minutes, inducing a significant improvement of virus infectivity with extremely low vector doses. Due to its specific properties, ViroMag R/L is ideal for infecting non-permissive cells. This reagent demonstrates an exceptionally high efficiency in promoting, controlling and assisting viral transductions so that no molecular biology processes or biochemical modifications are required.

ViroMag Stem, as a stabilised magnetic nanoparticles formulation, offers a simple and reproducible method for increasing lentiviral infection and transduction of difficult cell types such as CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells, both cell lines and primary cells, in cell culture plate using the MagnetofectionTM technology.

This method combines maximum cell viability and high transduction efficiency, while cell phenotype and differentiation potential are not affected.

Viro-MICST™ Stem

Viro-MICST™ Stem Transduction Enhancer is a new specific magnetic nanoparticle formulation issued from OZ Biosciences’ Magnetofection™ technology.

Its properties were specifically designed for Stem Cell lentiviral transduction in order to achieve a high infection rate directly on magnetic cell sorting devices (column or magnet).

LentiBlast Premium

LentiBlast Premium is a novel patented chemical composition that dramatically increases lentiviral infection and transduction efficiency in any type of cells, adherent or in suspension, primary or cell lines. The properties of this reagent allow simultaneously neutralising electrostatic repulsions between membrane and viral particles and enhancing viral fusion with the cell membrane. Due to a favourable “membrane permeable effect” limiting the transmembrane potential changes, LentiBlast Premium is non-toxic and compatible with cell viability.

LentiBlast Premium Transduction Enhancer overcomes obstacles that prevent successful transduction (cell density, passage number, lentivirus purity, MOI, …) and allows you to complete efficient transduction efficiencies without Polybrene.
