Description:
The MEFs are from C57/BL6 strain mouse. To generate MEF iPSCs, cells were transduced with Lenti-SFFV-Oct4-2A-Sox2 Virus (ABM Cat.: G438) and Lenti-SFFV-Myc-2A-KLF4 Virus (ABM Cat.: G434). Four factors are used for reprogramming: OCT4, SOX2, MYC and KLF4.
