Description:
Non-characterized plateable Normal Human Primary Hepatocytes.
Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ ECM T25 Flasks (G999) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. To thaw the cells, use Hepatocyte Plating Medium (TM088) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2. Once cells are attached, change media to Hepatocyte Maintenance Medium (TM089)  + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
