Description:
These Primary Normal Human Kidney Mesangial cells are obtained from kidney cortex digension and single glomerular isolation. Cells are isolated through PDGFRβ positive selection. These cells are suitable for research examining kidney function and pathophysiology, as well as toxicity, drug transporter, capillary flow in the renal system, urine regulation and more. These cells are terminally differentiated.
Growth Conditions:
Use of Gelatin (TM063) coated culture vessels is required for cell adhesion. PriGrow X Series Medium (TM5521) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
