PriCoat™ ECM T25 Flasks (G999) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels.  Intestinal Epithelial Cell Medium (TM090) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.Note: change medium every 48 hours.
