Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) coated with Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) (TM063) are required for optimal cell adhesion and growth. PriGrow X Series Medium (TM5460) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.Note: cells may be passaged up to 2 times using a 1:2 split ratio. Cells are sensitive to trypsin; Gentle Dissociation Solution (TM080) is recommended for subculture procedures.
