PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture. PriGrow X Series Medium (TM5402) + TM5402-CM + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.Note: TM5402 must be supplemented with TM5402-CM (cytokine mix) for successful cell expansion. TM5402-CM is available as aliquots for either 100ml or 500ml of complete media.
