Description:
Generally mature adipocytes isolated from Human tissue cannot survive 24 hours after isolation. In order to facilitate research in cell energy storage and metabolic homeostasis, abm provides mature adipocytes differentiated from pre-adipocytes. These mature adipocytes are shipped as live cells in a T25 flask 7-10 days after induction of differentiation and small oil droplets will be visible and will continue to accumulate into big locules. Upon cell arrival, it is recommended to use the adipocytes within 3 weeks.

Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. PriGrow X Series Medium (TM4000) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
