Description:
This novel myotonic dystrophy type 2 (DM2) fibroblast cell line is useful for investigations regarding type 2 myotonic dystrophy.
Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture. PriGrow III (TM003) + 20% FBS + 1% Non-Essental Amino Acids (TM068) + 1% HEPES (TM058) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
