Description:
The cell line is derived from mouse salivary gland epithelial cells. The identity authentication was carried out using short tandem repeat (STR) DNA profiling analysis and karyotyping. The cells can be maintained from multiple passages without losing proliferative potential, form 3D spheroids, and display known salivary gland epithelial markers. These cells are well-suited for examining the biological mechanisms of mouse salivary glands.

Six-month old female 129Sv mice

Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. PriGrow X Series medium (TM0855) 37.0°C, 5% CO2
