Description:
These immortalized middle ear cell lines (Cat. T0412 - T0146) are derived from donors with cochlear implants (T0412), recurrent otitis media (T0413, T0414) and otitis media with effusion (T0415, T0416). PCR were used for marker detection and cells were validated by cytogenetic analysis. These cell lines are suitable research models for investigating the molecular pathogenesis of middle ear diseases including otitis media. Complete list of cell lines in this panel: Cat. Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ ECM T25 Flasks (G999) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. PriGrow X Series Medium (TM0413) + 0.25ug/mL Amphotericin B (G274) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 33.0°C, 5% CO2. Change media every 2-3 days.
