Description:

Cardiac Myocyte Medium Kit is formulated for use with 5% CO2 and 95% air in a humidified incubator;  and tested and optimized with primary cardiac myocyte growth in vitro.

The kit is supplied as a basal media and growth supplement mix:

1.TM161-B– Basal Medium (125 ml)
2.TM161-S – Supplement Mix – antibiotic-free

To make the complete growth media, add the entire contents of the growth supplement mix to the basal medium and mix thoroughly. Addition of the supplement mix to the basal media may change medium appearance and make it more opaque.
