Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) is a green fluorescent protein (GFP) that has been modified through bioengineering. Its fluorescence intensity is more than six times stronger than GFP, making it even better suited as a reporter gene to study gene expression, regulation, cell differentiation, and protein localization and transport in organisms. RAW 264.7-EGFP cells were created by transfecting RAW 264.7 cells with a lentivirus and are a stable cell line that can maintain high EGFP expression over time. This cell line has low passage numbers, high viability, and good condition, making it suitable for experiments like flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging. Half-maximal concentration: Puro = 1.5 ug/mL.
