Product Description:
UTP is Uridine-5'-triphosphate, which is an extremely stable nucleotide. This compound and its sodium salt are essential components of energy conversion in biological systems and can be used in various related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription (IVT), RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, etc. UTP is also involved in galactose metabolism, in which the activated form of UDP-galactose is converted to UDP-glucose, which enters the glycogen synthesis pathway.
