Long Description:
Permeabilization Wash Buffer (10X) is used for preparing cells for staining intracellular cytokines or other proteins. Permeabilization Wash Buffer (10X) is used to permeabilize cells following fixation with 10X Fixative Buffer (Leinco Product No.: F1194). Supplied as a 10X solution, deionized water should be used to dilute the solution before use. Permeabilization Wash Buffer (10X) is formulated to reduce non-specific staining, enhance the signal to noise ratio, and has minimal effects of cell. Useful for antibody dilutions and cell washing during intracellular staining.
