Product Information:
Gold standard primary cells isolated from pooled primary isolates from 8 individual donor veal calf descending aortae. CSC 2B2 cells were isolated by centrifugal counterflow elutriation from 8 individual donor veal calf descending aortae and are available in single cryopreserved vials or proliferating flasks. Cell Systems primary cells are unadulterated healthy cells with a high yield that are ideal for 2D or 3D cell cultures. Use of Cell Systems Media and Reagents is highly recommended.Primary cells are available at Passage 3 [<12 cumulative population doublings] cryopreserved in Cell Freezing Medium™ (4Z0-705). This vial will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75 cm2 flask. The cells were originated using Cell Systems Complete Serum-Free Medium (SF-4Z0-500). Each vial of cells is shipped to Customer with Bac-Off® (antibiotic) and CultureBoost™ (animal derived growth factors) or CultureBoost-R™ (human recombinant growth factors) at no additional cost. Cells are available for in vitro research purposes only and may not be transferred out of the direct control of the recipient.
