Cureline provides clinically-defined PBMC from a consented patient. Preparation: viable cells in cryopreservation containing media, 5 x10^6 cells/tube. whole blood procured into EDTA collection tubes; mononuclear cells were isolated with Ficoll-Paque PLUS (Amersham Biosciences) according to the manufacturer?s protocol and frozen gradually in FBS with 10% DMSO; suitable for culturing and functional assays;
