< 0.00002EU/mg or < 0.02 EU/ml, after repeated purification cycles over activated charcoal.

Liquid. PBS in sterile filtered double-distilled water (ddWater), without calcium and magnesium, particle-tested (pH 7.4 (+/-0.2)).

Aliquot into glass vials. Do not freeze. Keep sterile.

Chemical. PBS Endotoxin-free (sterile) is a balanced salt solution used for a wide range of applications (cell culture, washing cells, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing other laboratory reagents). This endotoxin-free buffer can be used for the dilution of TLRpure LPS and solubilization of endotoxin-free reagents (e.g. ODNs). This PBS product is without calcium and magnesium for the purpose of rinsing cells before treating them with proteases for dissociation.
