Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ ECM T25 Flasks (G999) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Intrahepatic Biliary Epithelial Cell (Cholangiocytes) Growth Medium (TM087) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.Note: do not disturb cells during the first 12 hours post-thaw; change growth media after 24 hours. Change media every other day, thereafter.
