Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ ECM T25 Flasks (G999) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Growth Medium (TM086) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.Note: for best results, allow cells to recover during the first 12 hours post-thaw. Change media 24 hours after thawing cells and every other day, thereafter.
