Description:
RNase H is a ribonuclease enzyme that can specifically hydrolyze the phosphodiester bonds of RNA that hybridizes to the DNA strand under high temperature conditions, so it can degrade RNA in the DNA/RNA hybrid strand without digesting single-stranded or double-stranded DNA.
