Short Description:

- A collection of 6,444 newly designed and synthesized molecular glue structures, suitable for research on CRBN-targeting molecular glue drugs;
- Selected CRBN warheads with reported experimental validation, further optimized using an AI-driven molecular generation system to design highly reliable candidate CRBN-targeting molecular glues;
- In addition to lenalidomide-like scaffolds, the library includes diverse non-lenalidomide spirocyclic frameworks, offering new opportunities for novel scaffold discovery;
- Undergone structural diversification and drug-likeness filtering, ensuring good structural representativeness and favorable druggability properties;
- Validated through small-scale random screening, demonstrating a significantly higher hit rate compared to CRBN warhead compounds from other commercial sources.
