ICG PEG DSPE (MW 10000) is a PEG phospholipid that incorporates Indocyanine green (ICG) dye, utilized for protein/nucleic acid labeling and fluorescence microscopy. It can self-assemble into micelles/lipid bilayers in aqueous solutions and is employed in preparing liposomes or nanoparticles for the delivery of nutrients such as mRNA or DNA vaccines (Ex/Em = 785/813 nm).
