S-Secoantioquine (Secantioquine) is an open-ring derivative of dibenzylisoquinoline alkaloids. In experiments involving rat striatal membranes, it shows weak displacement activity at the [3H-SCH 23390] binding site but demonstrates some displacement activity at the [3H-raclopride] binding site.
