Arborcandin D is a 1,3-β-glucan synthase inhibitor that functions as an antifungal antibiotic. It exhibits IC50 values of 3 ug/mL against Candida albicans (C. albicans) and 0.35 ug/mL against Aspergillus fumigatus (A. fumigatus). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Arborcandin D for Candida species is 4 ug/mL.
